The Ogres Of Oyeyama, T. Hasegawa, 1925

Illustrated beautifully on French-fold crepe pages, Hasegawa’s fairy tales are a collector’s dreams.

If trend is built on history, I am sure worthy books of modern times will be consecrated in silk or crepe soon. What is lacking is the collaboration between fine arts artists and writers, with lesser focus on publishing and more on book-making.
